Anders Wrangensten will be in charge of the kitchen at Hotel Skeppsholmen. Having previously worked at Michelin rewarded restaurants Fredsgatan 12 and Operakällaren, Anders will start creating the new food concept of Hotel Skeppsholmen in September.
Passionate about Swedish culinary history, traditions and produce as a base for creating a brand new way of serving Swedish cuisine, he will surely place Hotel Skeppsholmen on Stockholm’s hot restaurant map.
