Mykonos SUNdowners Competition

How ‘bout spending 4 nights in Mykonos whereby you can stand, sit, lay (with of course a refreshing cocktail – sun set gazing is thirsty work) and watch the Sun Set each night at White Line Hotels edit the Mykonos Theoxenia Hotel – which has the best vantage point on the island – cast against the open sea vistas, the sheer magical silhouette of the nearby chapel & iconic windmills.

Doesn’t it just make you simply feel better looking into the glow of the SUN.  Since the ancient times of Ra, man over centuries has been fascinated, fearful and curious about this “egg yolk”, this flaming golden ball that marks both the beginnings and endings of each day – it is the lifeline of all things.

Some lands are blessed with just the right amount, (you know who you are), others, have too much goin’ on and well, some of us, (this includes us at our offices in Bermondsey Street London) most definitely not enough.

So we thought, what about a little photo competition to whet our appetite for vacation and especially in one of my favourite haunts, the hedonistic island Mykonos.

So my little sun worshippers, remember the SUN can be devilishly hot – you don’t want to burn those wings, remember the tales of Icarus. (if, not just wiki).

In the meantime check-out this architectural masterpiece set on the waters’ edge. Close to the iconic WINDMILLS, it is bang in the centre of town – which is where you need to stay, but set offside to be void of the noisy nights. This is where you fashionistas should be staying & remember:– where you sleep is far more important than with who.

Terms + Conditions – Mykonos SUNdowners 2011.

All entrants must be 18 years and over, and Prize winner must be over the age of 18 years of age. No purchase and/or payment is required.

The competition opens on Tuesday 1^st March 2011 and closes at Midnight 27^th March 2011.

All submitted materials, including but not limited to photographic images, drawings + art must be in ownership to the entrant.  Images maybe subject to copywrite, the entrants hereby declare that they have the ownership of such submitted materials. Entrants must subscribe to White Line Hotels Ltd. Newsletter and be a fan on the social media platform of White Line Hotels.

Image materials submitted to the competition will be posted and displayed under the Facebook pages of White Line Hotels Ltd. Fans of the White Line Hotels Ltd. Facebook pages will be asked to vote for their favourite before the set closing date.

The prize is non transferrable. The prize is for a 4 night stay at the Mykonos Theoxenia Hotel, Mykonos, Greece and is valid for a standard room for 2 people sharing.  The validity of the prize is from 1^st April through 10th October 2011 and maybe subject to blackout periods of 1^st July-10^th September 2011 during the peak season. Unless otherwise specified in a competition, all ground transportation, meals, in-room charges (e.g. mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, service charges, incidentals and all other expenses are not included. The prize may be subject to certain restrictions and blackout dates. Certain restrictions and black-out dates may apply. If the potential winner is unable to visit the hotel or its destination for any reason, including visa restrictions, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the prize.
