At Le Loti, Chef Virginie Basselot approaches food with creativity, boldness and delicate touches of brilliance, and starting from January 10th to March 2017, a world of award-winning food and chefs will touch down on Geneva’s shores.
Le Loti will play host to some of the world’s best chefs, from a range of dazzlingly delicious countries. To begin with... French elegance arrives Tuesday 10th – Thursday 12th January when double starred Jérôme Banctel (from La Resérve Paris) visits Genève’s Le Loti and brings with him a classic and an innovative tasting menu.
January 28th – 4th February sees the celebration of Chinese New Year and the Year of the Rooster is welcomed in style; starred Chinese restaurant, Tsé Fung, arrives to celebrate with its sophisticated flavours.
Russia’s Vladimir Mukhin, head chef at the White Rabbit in Moscow sails in to Genève from the 1st – 2nd February to reveal the spectacular foodie vision that had his restaurant ranked 18th in the world.
Then the entire team from Marrakesh’s legendary luxury hotel, La Mamounia, arrives 27th February – 5th March, offering exceptional Moroccan food, hospitality and fun.
Finally, India rolls through the doors with exceptional restaurant, Dîners Cos, bringing with it from 14th – 16th March a special menu devoted to food/wine pairing.
